Appointment Cancellation

We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' phone call notice for any appointment cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. Tel: (626) 965-2555

Cancellation Fee

For appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows, a cancellation fee of 50% of the original treatment price will be charged.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your request based on availability.

Late Arrival

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as we must respect the time allocated for other clients.

Emergency Situations

In case of a genuine emergency, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can make appropriate arrangements.
