What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds will not be issued if full service is completed. Refunds will also not be issued for any membership or VIP packages. If your service is unsatisfactory, please notify the front desk within the first 10 minutes of your service for a masseuse change if our schedule allows. 

Do you offer couple massages/facials?

Yes we do. Please call us at (626)965-2555 to make an appointment for your special couple's wellness day.

Can I come in earlier to use the spa facilities even if my scheduled appointment is later in the day?

Yes! If you have an appointment, you are welcome to come in early to use our facilities for the whole duration of the day.

Do you have an age limit/requirement?

Children under 5-years-old are not permitted in the spa for safety concerns. Children under 12-years-old and seniors should be under constant guardian supervision.

Is gratuity included in the service?

Gratuity is not included, and we highly recommend tipping 15-20% for our wonderful esthetician and masseuses. We appreciate your patronage!

How's the parking situation?

We have a large parking lot that has plenty of spots both in front and in the back of our building.
